Can I short a stock or ETF or open a naked options position?

Currently, Option Circle only supports long or net debit positions. Net debit option strategies include:

  • Long Call/Put 
  • Bear Call Spread 
  • Bull Put Spread 
  • Vertical Call Spread 
  • Bear Put Spread 
  • Ratio Spreads
  • Strangle
  • Straddle
  • Buy-Write
  • Collar
  • Butterfly Spreads 
  • Iron Condors
  • Calendar Spreads

In future updates, Option Circle plans to incorporate the ability to engage in short selling of equities and ETFs, as well as naked options positions.
